Amber Heard is now demanding a re-do in the courtroom regarding her recent legal wrangling with ex Johnny Depp. Specifically, the actress is, “demanding a judge toss the verdict against her in the Johnny Depp defamation trial … because of shoddy evidence and an alleged fake juror.”
According to TMZ, her lawyers filed new papers in Virginia this week, asking the judge to choose option a, b, or c: “set aside the verdict in favor of JD entirely, dismiss the complaint or order a new trial.”
Johnny Depp Won?
Amber is arguing, “there wasn’t sufficient evidence presented on Johnny’s side to convince a jury that her words had hurt his career/cost him roles … and yet, they somehow decided she had anyway.”
Note to Amber: it is called the jury’s decision and one cannot snap fingers and wish it away.
Nonetheless, “Amber’s attorneys argue that Johnny’s career was already on the ropes — including within the ‘Pirates’ franchise — before her op-ed in Dec. 2018, and yet … she was found liable for that. Furthermore, AH’s team claims JD and co. failed to prove she acted with actual malice in the sense that there was little to no evidence offered up showing she ever believed she hadn’t been abused by him and didn’t believe every word uttered or written in the op-ed.”
Amber Heard Wants a Redo
Amber is asserting that she never named Johnny in the piece AND her team claims that, “one of the jurors who decided her fate may not have actually been the person summoned to court, and that the court apparently missed it by not properly vetting them. It’s Juror #15, whose birth year on paper is 1945.”
What Happens Next?
Amber’s team thinks there could be a would-be imposter … as a result, they want the court to investigate the matter further. “If it’s found they did erroneously end up on the jury … just another reason to scrap this whole thing and start from scratch.”
What Will Amber Do Next?
As of this writing, a judge has yet to rule on her latest legal filing. Johnny’s attorney, Ben Chew, “said this was to be expected … and that nothing substantive was included in her motion.” In the words of another infamous litigant, “can’t we all just get along?”

Please.. Somebody send that woman away and hopefully we won’t hear from her again. She LIED about a lot of things, now she wants a redo, probably in a state where the “ME TOO” adherents have more sway. If the judicial system lets her do this again, if she loses yet again she should have to pay Johnny Depp 20 million dollars for wasting everybody’s time. She has had time for her followers (ME TOO) to get enough money to put up so she can pay her lawyers and cover her judgement that she still hasn’t paid because she doesn’t have the money. Lord please let this woman GO AWAY!
