Prince Andrew’s Sale of Swiss Chalet Frozen, More Debtors Come out of the Woodwork
Beleaguered Prince Andrew has been referred to as a “fool” in regard to his outstanding debt. His sense of math is so poor that the, “sale of his £18m Swiss chalet has been frozen so more debtors can claim £1.6million from him.”
It’s a sorry state of affairs for the man once known as Randy Andy. And yet, as if he didn’t have a care in the world, the Duke of York, 60, today enjoyed a horse ride, accompanied by a male groom.
The father of Princess Eugenie and Princess Beatrice just paid out huge sexual abuse settlement and apparently his wallet is not in as good of shape as it should be.
Prince Andrew Owes
It was his first public appearance since April. Prince Andrew was seen riding a horse at Windsor Castle as questions about his financial health swirl. He is the middle son of Queen Elizabeth and cast out of the monarchy for all intents and purposes due to his friendship and subsequent issues with dead convicted pedophile Jeffrey Epstein.
In February he paid millions of dollars to settle a civil sexual assault case, “to a woman he claimed never to have met.” At the same time he proclaimed his innocence. That did not stop him from paying off Virginia Giuffre, who clams to be a sex trafficking victim of Epstein. She accused Andrew of sexually assaulting heron three occasions when she was a minor.
Prince Andrew Owes Debtors and They Want to Collect
Because of his taint, Andrew was, “cast out of the working monarchy and no longer uses his HRH style.” According to the Daily Mail, “Earlier today, it emerged a freezing order has been placed on the Duke of York’s controversial £18million retreat in the Swiss resort of Verbier which is in the process of being sold – reportedly to help him pay off sex abuse accuser Virginia.”
This is said to, “guarantee that a Swiss couple, with whom the duke struck up a business arrangement, will receive the reported £1.6million owed to them by the Queen’s second son, sources have said.”
Prince Andrew Has Money Problems
It was reported that Andrew previously owed Isabelle de Rouvre more than £6million for the chalet until last year. According to her, “she pities the couple, whose identity is being kept secret, knowing the stress she experienced trying to recoup the money owed to her after she sold Chalet Helora in Verbier to Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson in 2014.” Doing business with Andrew, “was a horrible experience. I do not understand how he operates and I feel very sorry for people who are involved with him in business.”
